TASTING AND VINIFICATION NOTEScuve_x.jpg
CUVE X
VIN DE TABLE red

Origin
Coincidences will happen: 1988 the year which ushered in our Chorus label, was a very good vintage.
Ten years later, 1998 is turning out to be an excellent vintage year, too – a fitting tribute to the 10th anniversary of Chorus.
We have felt it well worthwile to single out this Cuve X (vat n° 10, volume 50 hl) from our 1998 harvest.
This special vintage has been set aside to toast the end of this century millenium. It marks the culmination of a tireless, 10-year effort to achieve ever greater quality.
